Archive Policy
The Waste Treatment and Environmental Remediation (WTER) Journal employs the LOCKSS and CLOCKSS systems to establish a distributed archiving network among participating libraries. These systems enable libraries to create permanent archives of the journal's content for preservation and restoration purposes.
All content stored in the CLOCKSS Archive and the Global LOCKSS Network is preserved with explicit permission from the publisher, either secured through a formal written agreement or via online permission statements. WTER collaborates closely with LOCKSS network administrators to ensure the development of governance frameworks and legal terms that are appropriate to the content, jurisdictional requirements, intellectual property rights, and access provisions.
